ANA represents the interests of the nation’s 3.6 million registered nurses by advocating for positions and policies that advance the nursing profession and improve care for the patients we serve. This blog is brought to you by ANA’s Government Affairs team (GOVA).
The GOVA team helps to elevate the priorities and concerns of nurses across the nation throughout the legislative and political process. The GOVA team works to ensure the nursing profession remains an integral part of our health care system by creating lasting relationships between nurses and their elected officials.
